I don't know anyone on SR anymore?! I used to come on here every single day from like August 06-January 07 and now I come on and see all these posts from people I don't even know :( I really miss SR. I haven't been scootering too much this summer until the last week or so. Well I am gonna come on here more cause I miss this site and maybe there are less n00bs now a days posting lame threads? (I am now a n00b cause i am posting a lame thread right now !alien

Eh....yeah.... i remember almost 4 years ago when id come on here and it was Ricky and Boston and KC and Toy and Bartnicki and all the heavy hitting "older",if you can call it that, generation. Its funny because its still the same names people sweat over, but now they are less lucid....

I understand you want to feel like your part of the inner circle of "true life friends" and known on the SR scene, but unfortunately in life things change and you must change with them, adapt, and try even harder to distinguish yourself.

These days SR makes up a fairly small perportion of the scooter world. Many of the names you remember on here have moved on from scootering, while others simply have moved on from this site. Many of the well known riders despise this site for its negative, high-school feeling vibe lately. I think that its getting better with a few pushes here and there form some of the older riders who can see that change is inevitable, and for scootering to be successful we must except change and react accordingly.
