SR v2.2 threadless fork: I need some help

okay so i got dylan kassons old Sr fork today and i have all the parts i need to make it seem like i have a ics, i just ordered a scs a couple hours ago and i kind to want to ride the fork intill it comes. I have a 1 1/8 starnut for the bars and theres already a starnut in the fork. i have an allen key bolt long enough to go through the fork and connect the bars but im really confused on what to do. Helppppppppp

screw the bolt THROUGH the starnut in the fork, then into the bars starnut

If there's no cap on the bottom of the fork, hit the star nut all the way out the bottom. If there is a cap on the bottom of the fork, you can drill the star nut out so the there are no longer threads, and the bolt can go through it.

well i got it off of dylan for 80, some kid bid 160 for it on sr but he sold it to me. i live like 10 minutes away and i ride with him alot so i guess he just sold it to me
