anaheim is going to get their shit wrecked by detroit. i'm not really happy about that since i really don't like the wings, so i'd rather see the ducks win, but i just can't see it happening.

i'm really stoked to see the pens play the caps though.

crosby & malkin vs ovechkin & semin.

malkin, ovechkin, and crosby are the 3 best players in hockey in my opinion (in that order, too), so it should be a great matchup.

I wolda rather seen NJ winso that it woulda been Boston vs. Penguins just so I could see Crosby and the Penguins get killed. But Washington vs. Penguins is great too.

And to be quite honest, yes...Detroit will most likely destroy the Ducks. Detroit completely raped pretty much all season..I can see them going all the way easily. I just wanted to see the Ducks win, to help build for next year for Josh and I's Hockey rivalry haha.

why is crosby is a bitch? because everyone online complains about him? or because everyone is just jealous they don't have a player like him on their team. pretty sure it's the second option.

ovechkin is the biggest bitch in hockey. all he does is complain; eg: "russian players are better than american players", "people need to stop talking about malkin he is nothing", "russian women are hotter than american women", etc. yeah, he's got the skills to back up his talk, but he needs to stop bitching.

Refreshing having some hockey fans on here. Im fairly new to the sport, only been a Sharks fan for about 5 years. Mom dragged me to my first game AGAINST my will, and I was sitting there being emo acting like I hated it... the game started, and I was completely hooked. But yea.

that's how it is with a lot of people, same thing happened to me. my city got an arena and a AHL (minor league) team 10 years ago. i went to my first game and i've loved it ever since.

it's a shame that more people aren't hockey fans, i think it's because it doesn't translate very well on tv. live hockey amazing though, definitely my favorite sport to go see.

Or the Ducks could just come out of nowhere and get determined to take the cup. Like they have in the past against Detroit.

crosby is a pretty boy. hes a punk. ovechkin is a real hockey player. missing teeth, plays like an animal, has a beard like an animal, he isnt afraid to scrap, or hurt someones feelings. he is going to play/act the way he wants to, and doesnt care about anyone elses opinion. crosby is a puppet. oh, and russians are better hockey players than americans, dont let 1980 fool you.

Crosby has gotten in a fight... tho it wasnt a good one he still did... for those of you who havent played at a high level of hockey like i have you dont understand that there is a shitt load of diff types of players in the NHL. just because crosby doesnt go out and kill guys like ovechkin can or even fight like he can doesnt mean that he's a little bittch or what ever. yeah he might fake getting hurrt in the reg season but its what ever. so get off his back, until you go out and dangle like he does then you have no room to talk...

yeah dude, crosby sucks because he looks normal. ovechkin is better because he is "missing teeth, play's like an animal, has a beard, isn't afraid to scrap, and tries to hurt people'es feelings".

besides the fact that NONE of them have anything to do with the game of hockey:
1. ovechkin doesn't play like an animal, you're thinking of mike richards (i don't like the flyers but i'll admit that)
2. my grandmother has a thicker bear than ovechkin
3. ovechkin almost never fights. which he shouldn't, since he's a scorer. same as crosby.
4. he's arrogant, that makes him a good player?

ovechkin is a great player, but i really don't know what you're talking about. he's better than crosby, like i previously said, but i'm tired of everyone talking shit on sid. he didn't ask to be called the next gretzky, and while he's not that, he's one of the best players the NHL has ever seen, so i'm tired of people giving him shit for no reason whatsoever.
