Starnut Problems

Ok so for some reason my starnut for my SR forks keeps slipping and my headset comes loose. Every ride I have to take my bars off and hammer the starnut in deeper then put it all back together but then after about a half hour it gets loose again. Ive tried hotglueing it in, gorrila glueing it in, superglueing it in, and nothing seems to work. Yes I have the right starnut and yes I put it in right, it worked fine for the first 2 weeks I had my forks but now it just keeps slipping. Can somebody help me?

maybe the starnut edges are bent to much so ide buy a new starnut cuz the old on is brobebly bent too much

I have an extra one that I was saving for when I buy new bars but I guess Ill try it, the one thats in there is practically brand new though so...? My bar clamp is almost pinched closed (but its not) so I dont know how my bars would move.
