He made the pc what it is today, cool, big achievement, but then hoarded money that he didnt even use and never gave anything to a charity.. he was greedy, yes he earned the money, yes he could do what he wants with it, but keeping it and letting it sit in a bank account and occasionally take some out to pay bills while the pile gets bigger and bigger instead of trying to help people is pretty selfish.And i highly doubt he would donate privately.

I just read the whole thread, and these arguments are just pointless. Anthony and Devin youre both right, in my eyes, with your thinking, and I know u didnt say anything against that he was a genius, but just stop that argument, its pointless on here.

I think Steve Jobs really changed many things with the invention of iPhone and iPad. Almost everyone has a smartphone nowadays, and all this tablet stuff is getting more and more. It seems that it goes in a direction, that tablets and cloud computing will replace current computers in a few years, i dont know what to think of this, but this is all because Steve Jobs had so many great ideas.

But on a serious note, he really shouldve. If youve been battling cancer, I think donating some money to research it would be a good cause and give you an even better rep. He makes an effort to help the world while making himself look better, win/win.
