stock headset cups

ok i just got a fsa and i cant get my stock cups out, ive tried for like 2 days so any suggestions?

yea hit harder or
just drip down the in side of the headtube a
bit of oil it works

take a flathead screw driver put it on one side of the cup and hit it with a hammer.
then when the side starts to come out hit the other side. keep doing that until it pops all the way out

take it to a bike shop they would do it for you

NOTE...fsa headsets are really hard to get on at first....it took me 2 hours

get a tube off something put it down the part were your headset fits in, place it on the bit wot goes into it and hit the tube until it come out.

i clamped a vice grip on the cup and ripped it out then put my headset halfway in and slammed it against a tree works great hahah but my new cups are thick as hell banging it against a tree might fuck yours up
