hey guys i was trying to get my new BMX grips on my pro model and i couldnt figure out how to do it. any suggestions? :(

put some water in the grips and that will help you to put your BMX grips on your bars pretty easy and fast.

so do i have to get new bars? asyou can see i am new here and i dont know much and i was also wondering how to get a fork off so i can renforce it?

1. you don't need to change your bars if you don't want to. "If it ain't broken, don't fix it."
2. You can take your fork off like this:
loose the clamp on the steer tube, get the steertube off the fork, and you really don't need to get it off just for reinforcing the tubing.

yeah i know but i bent it so i needed to get it off to replace it and renforce it. so how do i get the stock grips off to put on the BMX ones?

if you can't pull them by hand and you're not sorry about the concequences what i'll advise, then use scissors/a knife.

loose the clamp,
take off the steertube,
take off the big headset nut,
take off the top headset cup
... and you should be able to get the fork off now.
