has anyone everyland really hard on their heel after barely landing a trick and it bruises your heel really bad
i could barely ride for like a few weeks, but i did anyways which is why it lasted so long

This has indeed happened to me once. It hurts soo bad,

I was trying to whip a 5 set, after a few tries i got really close. I had a really short runup, my heel hit the edge of a step and it hurt really bad for a few days. couldn't walk on it but amazingly i could still ride.

yea i had just learned dubs back in the day, i went to double this 4 set i did it twice but landed on my heel at an angle hurt bad to ride, thats how i started doing flat stuff
