park . street seems kinda more dangerous , you get kicked out more and park you can bail and just side away. so i think park is great street is ok but not my favorite

Street any day, but park is good too, especially if there are street obstacles haha. I don't know if that counts?

And Dan-you got that right.

STREET! Street riding is more to my liking because I prefer a Sk8board style. (BMX style - park)
I never get bored riding street cause every street spot looks so unrepeatable and natural, you know what I mean?

I like to ride street when im in melbourne and other capital citys cause they have fun and obscure stuff to ride. Here in portland theres just stairs sets and dodgy rails which get old fast. But I just enjoy in a skatepark the flow and the fact you can have an easy ride every now and then if you know what i mean and the variety of things to do.. So i dont know, i geuss you could say I enjoy street influecenced parks.

Definitely agree on all points. You just have to know how to land if you dont want parts in your scooter to break. Everyone stiffs up when they jump stairs or gaps. You just have to bend your knees on impacts and it doesn't hurt the scooter or your body.I always break my shit on park when screwing up on a backflip or having my scooter launch 20 feet up in the air off of a quarter pipe. Park, for me, is a controlled environment to practice tricks on obstacles that you may find on the streets. You can practice perfect handrails and smooth transitions in parks so you have some experience when doing tricks on rails and stuff like that which isn't as perfect. It also depends whether you want to be a Dave Mirra or a Cory Martinez. I see throwing certain park clips like flips and stuff like that to show that you can at least do them because it's hard to find an ideal quarter on the street.

P.S. I'm tailwhipping Walenburg on Friday (the stair set that Chris Cole tre flips for his ender ender). ANy street scootereres should meet up in San Francisco if you live near by and we can session.

I dont know why but when people say street riding they always thing "Ohhh stairsets pifff I dont wana break my weels" Street isent all stair sets and things like that, A sloped area or a picnic table or even works of art are all street. Park is fun but %97 of parks on the Coast are shit but the street is pretty sick so I would have to say Im a street person, Ive always liked it more but if its a really good park it becomes a little harder to decide but no matter what Im always street at heart, its the thing im good at and Id never quit riding street!

Wat do u guys perfer street or park.
This information can be found by viewing people's profiles.

Everyone rides what they like, i don't want to have a endless argument here, even though we've had those kinds of threads here before like a dozen times. Because arguing about the goods and bads of both street and park will NOT probably change people's mind about the terrain they ride.
