Depends on what you want.

Janoskis have good heel support but horrible toe and ankle support.
Busenitz have better toe and ankle support but less heel support.

It's all preference. I'd get the Janoskis, Busenitz have a weird cheap feel to them. I tried them on a dozen times and I just never could ride in them.
