khaki is a color, chino is a fabric.
that being said I wear khaki chinos, khaki denims, and khaki cords, and jeans occasionally.
corduroy is the best you don't even know.

as for the cuffed chinos lol I buy pants that fit me so I don't have to cuff them. I cuff my blue jeans though.
