Stretched Ears?

14mm in my left ear and 12mm in my right im going up to 20mm until i get a job

1 and 1/8 and "jumping" up to 1 and 1/4? I hope that's literally not what it sounds. Pretty much everyone I know who stretched their ears did it way too quick and blew their ears out.
