Are they the same design as a pro fork but they have the proto thing cut out?

So the differences are that they are chromoly, they have the Proto thing, and the have the front and back reinforcement.

Pro forks are steel, and the arms are bent side to side.

Strikers are made of chromoly, bent from front to back, and then the legs are welded onto the top sheet of chromo, which is welded to the forktube.

Then yes the proto star is cut out.
Different design from stock forks.
