stripped foldy nuts

ok well today i was trying to take off my head tube and i used a cresant wrench and a socket wrench and the nut that the cresant wrench was on the outside of the nut got rounded so any ideas how to get this bolt out?

put the stripped nut in a vice and loosen the unstriped one with a socket wrench

Cut the bolt with a saw.
