Stripped Phoenix Brake Bolt

I have a non Phoenix flex fender on my Phoenix deck and the alan bolt and nut have both stripped and the brake is loose and wobbles from side to side like crazy, the brake does have another hole for another bolt near the end but i dont think i can install it because that would mean i would have to drill a hole through my deck and because the other bolt is in the way i cant see where the other hole is and it would make it very difficult to tighten it. Please Help!

Take a grinder or sawzall and cut the nut off of the bolt. Like right inbetween the flexfender and the nut, take a sawzall with a metal blade and cut right inbetween the nut and flexfender. It will ruin the bolt nut and flexfender but it should get it off without damaging the deck. Do this at your own risk though. Wear safety goggles etc.

Or you can get a dremel (if you have one) and cut a slit in the screw so you can get it with a flat head screwdriver
