ok so this will sound cheap but i got my swish bars second hand and there too low for me, which is not that good because a suffer from a bad back to the point were i cant scooter / move but cannot afford bars till i get a new job. im jobless atm and there's other things money needs to go on . my plan is to about 2-3 inch away from crossbar cut it in half then insert and tube in the middle then on top a 2 inch shim exact same inside and outside diameter then bars back on top and weld it alll up .
my dad assures me this is a safe and relatively easy process that he has done many a time on motorbike . but the main question i have is that is this gunna be sketchy a shiiiiit ??? ;)

that seemed totally irrelevant.
Honestly the welding idea doesn't sound too shitty. Try it on some stock bars and see how ti works?

Dustin Nooner use headset spacers to make your bars higher
there wont be enough over lap on forktube - snappy snappy

and the middle piece the support will be 5-6 inches
