switching to threadless

i have just switched to threadless, its actually quite a trek installing the starnut properly etc.

Actually the hardest part for me was finding the thread on the starnut with the bolt through the bottom of the fork if you know what i mean took me almost 10 minutes lmao.

If u wanna get new bars and threadless forks you could go for HIC, i reckon its quite good not that i have ridden HIC bars b4 but i'm runnig a lil ghetto compression that has a lil shim thing (then a tripple clamp i found/moded) like HIC and its held up fine, i just had to replace a star nut coz i didn't stick it deep enough in the fork and now i love threadless!

i didn't have buy a new expensive threadless headset (although i bought an S-8 coz i felt like it on impulse 1 late night) i just bought a cheap threadless unsealed and took the top part off and it works fine

well i was looking to get it off inward scooters since im getting my threadless fork scs and i was hoping they would have a threadless headset

do i need to install a starnut in my bars (they have a slit) or something to make threadless work? and i also need forks, scs, headset, uhh starnut thing and if i just cut my bars to no slit would i still need a starnut or something?
