I think you guys, TSI, should create aluminum one piece bars. I know all people do is ask about inward aluminums, which doesn't seem to be happening, and how the french id's are so great, but limited in height, quantity, (being able to get it) and the slits are too large. I think a lot of people out there WANT heat treated aluminum 1 piece bars. I mean, I don't know a whole lot about welding and metals like a professional would, but you've already proved you could make an efficient, 1 piece aluminum, ridiculously strong for the weight deck; so bars wouldn't seem to out of your lead... And you could give it some kind of gusset system like wee, french id, and inward has (aside from others)

Just tighten the bolts in a zig zag pattern and you shouldn't have to worry about rattle, at least I didn't much. I just snug up all the bolts every so often and its fine.

Tsi has to be the slowest company ever. I ordered a deck about 2 weeks ago. No shipping info and they dont respond to emails. Matt if you see this check your email.

because I ramble, I guess in short in what I'm trying to say is, that TSI should potentially make aluminum bars if possible, with a larger height range. Just a suggestion from myself and others.

just a heads up.... if the slit in that Tron bar shim goes all the way through the tubing, its gonna expand & open up and its not gonna work with RAD's hic style system.

i tried making an aluminum shim like that. and because i made the slit go all the way through, it didnt work.
