T-TUBE OR WHAT EVER

ok, so im guessing you're using a promodel steertube which at the top has an inner diameter of 1inch. The outer diameter of the seatpost tube is 25.4mm and 25.4mm equals 1inch. The outer diameter of the cross bar (one with backsweep) is 7/8 which clamps inside the top of the seatpost.
so it wont be loose and woble or anything?...

Should work fine. Ive had one before and I was using this steertube that was really thick aluminum with a really dinky clamp and it stayed tight.

dont bolt your seatpost bolting the steertube weakens the seatpost. if it snaps then its a waste of money

Thats one reason I ride BUFFS. If I got one pieces instead, I would be riding 14 wide straight bars right now (which sucks azz).

Random question; Has anoyone ever tried using some kind of slim MTB bars with a seatpost as stem!? Cause you could adjust them to have a sweep back or whatever.
