tail whip speed up

ok i have a new a razor and i want to know how to make the bars speed up when you do barspins and tail whips i do not know if what you use to improve that is head sets i am clueless and if it is head sets either post me a link or post me how to change them

Its been asked a million times, loosen the clamp to where its still tight but spins well. Or, if you know the slightest bit about your scooter, do this mod.
