also, i cant tell what your talking about, see if you can get better pictures.

Have you made anything yet!?!? Any prototypes?? Anything?? Im sick of all these noobs claiming brand names and not making anything, and dont say "Oh... im going to" It's too late, i've already called this the "Tank Scooters Prototype" So my brand is Tank Scooters!!!

i had the idea for the name a long time before you ever did. my name was a (stupid) acronym, Totally Awesome Non-breaking Kick Scooters, or T.A.N.K.S. haha, i need a better word for N that isn't racist if you catch my drift. i have some dated photoshop sketches of logo designs from a long time ago if you want to fight about it. but look, if it makes you happy, i will think of a different name to use even though i had this one first and i doubt anything will ever come from your company. i am serious about this, and i have more stuff than you. i have a bunch of detailed sketchup part designs, a notebook of ideas and sketches, and a 2 page word document about my company and what im making. this document will be posted as a thread as soon as i get around to editing it, same with the sketchups. i also have some models and prototypes for a few things. so, you can have the name, i dont give a shit, its just a name and were all just trying to help the sport. i plan on this being a "non profit" company that avoids competing with those already existing, so the name (advertising) doesn't matter much.

Yeah you may have sketches and all that but where are pics of these so called "prototypes" of yours!?!? And yes i WILL keep this name! And how can nothing come of it? I have Good, strong parts that will last and that is what people want so you cant tell me that nothing will come of it and even if not i'm not really doing it for the money, just the joy of making them and to help scooter riders!
