I was so excited to see that someone had replied in this thread, hoping that it might be some more political insight that I could learn from

lol i like america as a body of land to live on... its not too hot, and its not completely freezing. i dont enjoy the people that run it tho. you saying that you love america because of what our founding fathers did doesn't really stay true to our current times. the constitution and our rights have been changed and butchered despite what the founding fathers had originally written. the amendments have been rewritten numerous times... besides its been over 200 years since then. sh!ts ALOT different now then it was then. even back then, the goverment wasn't great. African Americans and women didn't have a tenth of the rights that they do now, and "all men are created equal" was a load of sh!t back then. they were only referring to white, land owning males.

so america isn't really as great as it seems/seemed.

you are right, definitely, our rights and the constitution have been changed and butchered and a lot of our politicians are slimy and corrupt. basically the point I'm trying to make is that I love the ideals that this country was founded on (besides slavery obviously, but I wouldn't define that as an "ideal"), and I count myself lucky to be born here and live here, it's a beautiful country. Currently though, the economy is shiz (especially real estate) and my family is suffering because of it, but whatever, we'll get by.

i hate the government because they treat everything as a business expense instead of realizing people need help with their health, and the environment.

they want us sick. theyre money hungry SOBs.
we have a wasteful culture that doesnst educate our children.

sex ed should start in kindergarten. (dont let strangers touch you there!)
intense enviro ed in kindergaten.
a new school system dedicated to both right and left brained learning.

im an extreme liberal, so yeah.
