The Baseball Thread

When i'm not in school or not out riding somewhere, my life is pretty much been nothing but baseball since I was 4. Currently a left fielder starting varsity for my high school, & playing for 2 teams during the summer, scootering is definatly my get away from everything.

If your a baseball player or watch baseball, come through and discuss something!

(P.S. I didn't know if there was a baseball thread already made, but I didn't see one on the first or second page)

same here except i play A.A.U and i play for 2-3 teams for my town during the summer. i am now a freshman and am trying out for my high school team. and my one and only position is catcher

I'm a Senior in highschool now, Starting playing my Freshmen year because my brother was an all state catcher and holds a HR record at my school, so its always pushed me and kept me focused on baseball. After only 2 years of playing I was starting center/left field. This year planning on working my way up to a couple home runs.

Playing Babe Ruth, second year, I'm the team catcher:) Love catching soooo much. The only problem is im too cheap to buy spikes:p

Thats whats up man. Im right where you are though. My brother went to the same high school I'm in now and set the bar a little high for me in baseball, and I'm trying to live up to his name for my senior year. Haha.

been playing baseball since i was 3/4 :) a couple months ago i was playing on my allstar team, it was a scrimmage and i was pitching. I pitched the ball and the kid hit a line drive right back at me and broke my thumb ): i made the double play :D but...i was out for most of the allstar season except the last game (which we lost D: ). But ending on a good thought i threw a kid out from home and i was in right fieldd :DD baseballs practicly my life

EDIT: i play SS, Pitcher, 3rd, Right, Center, Left. (anywhere but catcher :)

Speaking of which, back when I was about 11 I was pitching for my all star team, and got hit in the back of the head with a line drive and blacked out for like 10 minutes. Had to get a cat scan and the whole 9 yards. It was the worst man.

BUMP. I'm going to be a Sohpmore, but to be honest, I'm not as good as most of the kids in my grade, and my birthdays past all the cut offs. So, I play for kids 1 year younger than me. I play pitcher, CF, and 3rd base(occasionally)

That's what's up man! Keep with it forreal. I am now a freshman in college and playing baseball for them as well. I cannot wait until the season starts.

Aha Angels faan. And ive been playing since i was 5, I play little league Senior leagur, S pony Travel team, and highschool aha im starting catcher in everything, and have been getting checked out by people for college and stuff;) so exited:)
