you gotta upload the picture you want onto photobucket, then go into your personal settings or whatever its called, scroll down to were it says avatar. now on photobucket, make sure your picture is resized to the right size, and copy the direct link code. now paste the direct link code into the avatar part in your personal settings. lastly click were it says save settings, and BAM! you have an avatar.
