yeah, i just acquired a copy of the fall of troys new album, manipulator. anyone who has it, what do you think of it? at first listen, the first half of the album is pretty pathetic. thomas needs to stop singing so much because i hate it. second half is pretty good though, theres about 5ish songs that are pretty sick as of right now. pretty disappointed overall, but i guess its pretty decent.

a cd thats totally hit or miss. honestly, i havent listened to it straight through yet because i get bored of it. but selectively some songs are amazing. excreations, the dark trail, and seattlantis are some of the best fall of troy songs ive ever heard. but then some songs are just striaght up shit. i mean oh casino. wtf is that?

so its half awesome/half fall of troy shouldnt record music anymore.

dan made me listen to the 2 of the songs. they were terrible! thomas started trying to sing a high note haha it was hilarous! ,but on the other hand, semi fiction is great (in my opinion), but im going to wait till tommorow to hear the rest of the album.

some of the songs are pretty good, however i think ex-creations is one of the best songs they've ever written. as you said sean, what the hell were they thinking on Oh the casino, and caught up. those 2 songs must be a joke. and i absolutely hate cut down all the trees, and most people ive heard love that song.

From Sledgehammer on the songs are good, Caught Up is super not their style but I think they kinda pulled it off. The first songs blow so bad, I cringed when that guy started "singing" in his high pitch voice.

Edit: And the song names are pretty wack too.
