I don't know if it's exactly fashion but it's clothes related and I've had it on my mind soooo... Have any of you guys found some secret to keeping your hats or sunglasses on while you're riding? I've tried tons of sizes of hats and a few different sunglasses and I just can't get them to stay on. I don't really wear them for fashion exactly but there are times that sometimes I need to keep the sun off. Can anybody shed some light for me?

For whoever was saying that they can't dress really nice because they're a poor college kid, that's nonsense. Listen to the kid who said thrift stores. You can put together an arsenal of good looking clothes just from thrift stores. Of course there are some things you will more than likely have to buy new (like shoes, or pants if you want a decent fit) but for the most part you can survive on thrift stores.
The most important thing of all, though, is fit. You could have all the right clothes on, colors that go well, good mix of high and low, but if they don't fit well it isn't worth a damn. That's a big issue with thrift stores; the majority of clothing is Large or bigger. Since we're all scooter kids here, I'm sure that most of you wear small, or at least should.
The best way to "learn" style (or, more importantly, create your own) is to go on all these different sites, blogs, etc., and figure out what you like. I'm not a hypebeast whatsoever, if anything I'd say I go for more of a prep style, but I still check hypebeast because there are some things in there that serve as an inspiration, I guess you could say.

i have like 12 plain-colored/white shirts, like 6 band shirts and like 2 shirts from tillys, i usually just wear the plain shirts or one of my 4 flannels if its cold
i have 3 long-sleeved thermal shirts from kohls i wear if its cold
i only wear levis pants either 511 or 510
i only wear shants when i ride park and its hot that day
i wear basketball shorts when im too lazy to do anything or if im like running or on my trampoline
i usually get really thin shoes like all the shoes i have are vans 106, emerica wino and vans del norte. i hardly wear my osiris because theyre dumb
if it isnt a school day i either wear my neff beanie, or one of my various hats
on a school day i spike my hair because we cant wear hats
so basically since my parents buy all my clothes(except shoes unless i need them), i get whatever i want within reason and i try to go for like the bmx/skate look i guess haha or just whatever i do. i dont really have the same style as like most of my school because most people there are either like hypebeasts or nerds

plndr sucks, yea you get a bunch of shit for cheap but they sent me wrong sizes and wrong colors all the time. also it blew the fuck up and a lot of my friends now wear the same clothes pretty often.

I buy most of my clothes from JCPenny, its so great because everything that looks good is like $20 or below.
