I finally made a finger scooter

Its got pencil bars with some metal cross bar (really wide)
it uses my shool ID card for a deck
to get it to spin I stuck a thumb tack thru the card about a million times to get it wide
enough to spin freely then I just stuck the pencil on and did a quint whip

Its only a temporary thing though because I don't think the tack will stay in that long

I'm definitely going to use the mechanical pencil idea as soon as I get it tomoro
