My tektro RL 726 brake levers came today, and I should have my bullhorn in a week or 2. My bike will be back from the paint shop by the end of the week as far as I know, damn stoked to ride my fixed again.

Edit: Bike's back and nicely painted, just need to recieve the bars and install bars and brake lever.

i think you should throw the blue stem back on there, and get some blue Deep Vs. that would look so nice <3

I like it the way it ism but I plan on getting a new seat soon putting this one back on the road bike. Theres a Funn seat with the same camo pattern of my bar tape and it'll look sick on the bike, i'll go check if its confortable this week and I might get it.

Looks good right now, don't put the blue stem back on haha. If you can, take some of the stickers off the rims, too.

The stickers do look weird but i'm lazy... anyway this bike's running so damn smooth cant wait to ride again tomorrow. And I should start helping my friend convert his old school conlnago road bike soon, that bike will look badass once its done.

Pics of the Colnago? I don't want to see a good road frame go to waste haha.

So I'm selling/trading my bmx bike for a helmet and clipless pedals/shoes, it's gonna be pretty sweet. Also, Taylor and I did 37 miles Saturday with the worst hills ever, and 28 today with some pretty gnarly hills and a really bad headwind, so my legs are feeling pretty pooped haha. But Taylor did it on his road bike that he got Friday, and I did it fixed. This is what his bike is, pretty dialed.

It weighs about the same as my fixed gear, maybe lighter. Carbon fiber and all that jazz.

My friend has this frame, different fork, its a colnago fork tough and everything is VERY beat up, the guy at the local bike shop sold the whole bike for him for really cheap.

Actually his parts are still useable he needs to take good care of the frame and fork paint them nice, change the back hub a fixed gear one and install this spare cranks/chainwheel I have here and he's set for quiete a while.

And Alex what do you mena by waste, converting a road bike is giving it a new, happier life, every since I got my fixed riding my road bike feels so weird and not fun, I might end up selling it later on and investing on my fixed gear. I'd kill for those white industries spleened fixed gear hubs and an old track frame/fork I love the look of the old track bikes.

In other new, I bought me a nice Velo seat and a tranz-x seat post so my fixed gear is done and I can put the seat post and seat back on the road bike. Keeping the stem tough I love it.

I'm just saying that if it's a really nice road bike (be it classic or just real nice) that it should stay as a road bike.

Well... this one wont, turn it back a fully functional road bike is cost more then simply converting it and fixed gears are just better at everything.

ehhh. bad experiences with tricks while clipped in. i've fallen pretty bad.. not fun :(

s'why i have platforms with clips. one side for mashing & skidzzz, one side for tricking.

Haha, nice. I showed that picture to Taylor and said "Look at this hipster" and he lol'd. And, speaking of Taylor, he got a tat of the Descendants on his leg, pretty sweet.
