The Flow is a fairly good skatepark for skateboarding and BMXing. Most of it is for BMXers but a lot of skateboarders go there aswell. It's an indoor skatepark. I've been there a few times when i skated but i scooter now. I quit skating due to breaking skateboards so much. The bad thing about The Flow, is that you can't scooter unless you rented it out. But, i'd say it's a pretty good skatepark, except with the NO scootering.
