I got myself banned.
14, used to ride skateboards thought scooters where gay, started riding them, changed my mind completely, quit skateboard for them <3333

I was 13. I had to do some difficult math. It saddens me that I've almost been riding 5 years. Weird to think about.

Like 8 haha, I had an old a ad I just rode it around jumping on curbs and stuff

then I joined SR when i was 10 or 11

same here as look i rode skateboards for 2 years then at 11 i quit cuz at throggs neck i saw brian murphy do a bri-flip so i was like thats so cool he told me bout SR I looked around didnt have an account yet,bought a scooter learned tricks and ever since id been riding

Well i rode scooters around for fun when i was like 10 then i went to skateboarding and i basically hated it and went back to scootering about a year ago where i truely got into it.

14. I had just came back from a summer trip and my freind showed me a Jesse Macaluso video. I got hooked and have loved scooters since.

my parents were too freaked out by skateboarding, so they wouldn't let me buy one. When all my friends started skating when i was around 14, i either rode my bike around with them or an old sharper image razor. i heard about an older kid who scooted in my area and that he did tricks. First trick i learned was a tailwhip and i've been riding ever since.
