the only advantage over rad bars I see in these is they are going ot be power coated which means you couldnt chip off the paint with your fingernail whihc you can on coreys spray paint jobs when they come out i mihgt order some my rad bars are a bit tall and dont have any way of cutting them

Use a hacksaw or a Dremel.
I'd go with a pipe cutter and somone whos good with tools, they can usually line stuff up good.

idk if your thinking of the same thing as i am, but theres things you can get htat are like little clamps with 3 sharp wheels that roll along the pipe, and you tighten it by hand, spin it around the pipe a few times, tighten it more, spin it, tighten, spin and it cuts through the pipe, straight cut too. and a hacksaw should would for the notches, it doesnt matter if theyre perfectly straight as long as theres a space between them. mine are cut kind of crooked but it sitll works fine.

It sounds sweet KC! But as strong as they will be, I think they are a bit pricey for me (I have to pay for shipping to Canada as well)...

I dont know how light they will be. When I powder coated my RAD's they were a little heavier but thats not a big deal.

Yeah, scooters are really light as is, and the weight is going on the front, which doesn't matter as much. Weight on the back messes you up a lot more than weight on the front.
