Getting sponsored isn't all about being good, infact it's a very small part of it. Thats the mistake many people make when they wonder why some people are sponsored.

Nope, usually it will be because the shop wants to support your area to keep the scene going, to get kids to keep buying parts, or if you help out their shop, or if your a nice helpful person to other kids, help them out... all that jazz.

I dunno, usually they come to you. People who send in videos begging for sponsorship usually fail.
