the "muting" of amazing edits

there been this problem going on and it seems like no ones doing any thing about it and that is the muting of edits like El Nino and the muting and removal of the Reece Doezema full part (the 22 minute edit) from sky high.
is there a way to unmute these edits?

bring back El Nino and make sky high great again
