I miss how when I was like 12 and I was riding a pro model, yak low profile, 2 single clamps, bearing pegs, dsa deck saver, and my ada buffs, and I would look on the Sr store and be amazed at all the parts. And getting on Sr just to lurk and read all the convo's, anyone that seemed like they knew what they were talking about was my idol. And When Coedie was just the coolest thing ever. I miss when the trend was to be original. Everyone used to be so creative with their riding, I loved it.

Yesssss, Graham was/is so good.

Remember Martin Kimbell's driveway clips with some really crazy tech stuff being thrown down on that tiny rail he had?

I hope that some people still remember this (along with fuzions):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pd5vtKwQeok

The other things I remember:
- Getting acquainted with the scene: old Micro team, old Razor team, Australian guys, French and Swiss riders, UK and US dudes.
- TIC edits with post-hardcore and metalcore music. Hatred towards 'TIC rats'
- Talking with Madis on MSN about 6 years ago, he told me he was going to release something innovative (wee bars)
- KSV with tons of old videos.
- BLT 1-2, Terry's First Minivideo, McKeen's vids, French ID's stuff... Still legendary!
- Being able to sesh 10 stairs or so for hours, and generally being one of the best street riders according to SR awards. Today, after all the injuries I can hardly cope with 6 stairs, and barely anyone knows me here.

Its soo sick seeing some of the names posting in this thread that I didn't think came on here anymore.

Anyways...

SUP MANGO?

That time when everyone had yaks, or micro metal cores if they had money/needed em
When people had to actually work to make their scooter dialed (bolting foldy, drilling out brake bolt etc.)
When eagles were first discovered and needed to be purchased from roller skiing sites
Trying to find random metal cores online
"20 wide...so yeah"
Where do edit videos/how do sand brake/etc.
Old ass videos of martin kimbell and others
Inverted compression (when there was no other option)
Fernando's micro deck plates
When everyone rode pros
BLT
STD's (Scoot till death, son)
When every video that got posted was given tons of constructive criticism and positive comments instead of a bunch of kids bitching about it
All the TPC videos
The whole process of making micros usable- resin in the foldy, bolting it, box reo's, etc
Pirate Alex reinforcements
