I get shit for getting a C last year, my brother has gotten an all C and D report and rewarded for doing good. WTF?

Story of my life, my brother sucks at life so they're happy when he gets C's in his easy classes and get pissed when I get C's in my college classes.

Man if my mom ever tried to ground me for more than a day i would laugh at her and say no im not

i threw a party at my house when my mom went out of town for 4 days straight i had aparty smoked ciggerettes in the house and other plant substances and i didnt even get grounded she just signed me up for drug counceling s ya i guess my moms pretty tight she just wont ever give me money at most she will give melike a dollar once in a whille but i get like all C's and B's and shes happy about it so yea havnt got grounded since i was like 9

your guys lives sound like constant lock up i would just rebel thats how i got so much freedom just my opinion. :]

They have a word for what your mom does. It's called bad parenting. Whenever I got in trouble like I said my dad would take away the only thing I love. But I learned from it. I didn't repeat those mistakes. And they were generally VERY bad mistakes. But if you don't ever get in trouble and just do what you want like you apparently do you never learn from mistakes and you end up as one of those kids who screws up major and goes to jail. I'm not saying you will but it's a major possibility. When I was younger I was so pissed at my dad and mom for punishing me. I tried to always justify what I did and say they shouldn't have punished me but as I have gotten older I can see from my parents point of view why they did what they did and I am thankful in a way for teaching me the world doesn't revolve around me.
