i'd say so.
Me and my brother did some in-depth investigation and noticed they still have the vert half (not surprising it's probably worth shit loads) and we think they might of added a roll in or something to it.
Im so pumped to go back there, i hope it doesnt turn gay like rampfest.
But it will.

its a resi, why wopuld everytrhing be made out of timber and jsut a random black ramp :S it said so on the first forum post of those plans on a skateboarding forum.

It's just a quarter that goes straight into a wall, with no run up whats so ever (sorter).

Personally I love the idea of just a vert resi, if you want to learn flyout tricks thats what the foam pits for

fuckin' looks it, actualy looks like a legit place like all the parks in US.
did you have to sign a waiver? or did you just show up and pay to ride or do you have to become a member or what?
