What do you mean? Like file it going inward the forks? I might try apex. And @alex I'm not a fan of envy forks haha
Also how come im the only person I know who scrapes the sides of their fork on the ledge when their doing smiths haha no one else I know has marks across where I scrape it

Im not sure what you mean? I mean the very bottom of the drop outs of the fork, for me they used to grind on ledges when I did smiths but they have worn down and dont catch any more, if you are scraping the sides of your fork you're probably not doing smiths right.

I have a madd deck I dont smith lol

But before I'd either have a peg, or it would just scratch the bottom of the fork, not the whole side of it haha

My fork doesn't sit on top it hangs over haha this is wierd

How do you smith? When I smith my deck is practically straight with only my front wheel hanging over slightly and I grind on the front of ny deck not on the forks at all. A friend of mine has a Flavor deck with Legacy forks and it doesnt scrape like that on smiths so maybe its something to do with the way you smith.
