as far as i know nitro are the heaviest deck out there, but superrrr buff

Nitros are also super strong. And nitro decks feel awesome. Buy a nitro decki if weight doesn't bother you.
But if you want lighter deck, you have to pay more. Then buy phoenix. Its light and strong.
