Better stay away from lucky. Better get the Flavor complete.

You will pay for something cheap and will need to spend money on the higher end when it breaks quickly, so it costs less to wait a little to buy something better imo

It will, it just needs you to grind a bit of the deck so that the brake will be flush against the deck and then drill the brake holes and maybe grind a bit of the brake, but besides that you should be set.
