the down tube goes thru the deck its welded on the inside no more hole on the botom. ill post a picture next time i go to the welding, We did some testing today and it is verry stable in grinds on rails, but the sides of the deck dosn't catch the coping verry well. to be honest, for that idea to work we would have to go wider and i didnt want to go over 4.75
I'm telling you, you need to make the radius of the curves on the bottom of the deck way smaller.

imo the shape of the deck kills it, can't you just make the sides of the deck strait? it would look a million times better.
and with all the people who complain about not being able to grind on a phoenix deck idk why you would make the bottom rounded. and the tsi cutout is kinda pointless. other than that it looks pretty good.

yall need to just try one.I personaly have never had so much fun and felt so safe while riding it. i got to test it at the park 2 days ago and over on a 5 stair by my house. boosted a 720 out of the bowl so perfect, it felt like the deck was glued to my feet. Rails and ledges were so easy to lock into. Smith grinds on ledges were so easy. the concave is the nicest thing ive ever had on a scooter, i wish razor would have started making that 5 years ago. i cant tell you all enough good stuff about this product, just get out there and try it. Go to cooter con try one there. here are some pics of my tsi flight deck. i should have more soon

It looks alright but why would they put TSI in the middle of the deck plate to make it look like balls with griptape. Other then that i might buy one.
