The whisper brake

Thinking on getting it. How is it? Does it wobble or make any noise? Does it need to be dialed manually?

When you get it, it seems loose. But if you take the brake off, there is an adjustable pin which when tightened, pushes against the deck and makes the brake firm. It will then never rattle because there is no spring.
