Franklin Mills Mall red entrance. No foam, no resi, its just a normal skatepark. It has a "street plaza" which is basically a 3 flat 4, then theres a 3 stair with ledges and wallrides on it. They over charge also.

edit- yeah when can u go for scooters isnt there different times that u have to go for bikes or skateboards
