RUSH
Amazing musicianship, tightness, intriguing lyrics, just to name a few. the complexity and technicality of their music is matched by NO ONE. Neil Peart is the number one rock drummer in the world (its a fact, go look it up), and he also writes the lyrics. Rush makes rock music so much more respectable and intelligent than anyone. plus they are all in their 50's right now and are still touring/putting out new music that is awesome. they've been around for over 30 years, and that is a fantastic achievement in itself. There are only 3 of them, and they make their music sound like there are 5 or 6 of them. All 3 of the guys have to do so much up there, not just playing their main instruments, but playing foot pedals to trigger other parts, playing keyboards/MIDI controllers, and even Neil uses electronic drums to recreate sounds on their albums that would be impossible otherwise.

Whats there not to love about this group? With band members from Chiodos, Rx Bandits, Day away, Finch, and the Autumns (Sorry if I forgot a band or two) there is no way they could not be insane! They have released 2 great CD's (The Tiger and the duke & Lover, the lord has left us) and are pretty sweet live with Mark Mcknight painting in the background as a show goes on. Plus with Chris Tsagakis on drums the songs sound even better. (A example would be Technology) Thats why the sounds of animals fighting is my favorite band.

Mozart Season at the moment, changes all the time. Mozart Season doesn't have enough music out right now, since they broke up, but got back together. There still awesome.

Nate Grant. I Fucking love you man. I am a rushffanatic going to 3 of there shows this year. NIEL PEART FTW and Geddy is the best non classical basis hands down. And Alex Lifeson most underted Guitarist of all time.
