but honestly who fall stright on your head when you fall the impact is barley anything becasue you tuck your chin to your chest and if the force brings it out of that positon hten its just a tiny hit

Pretty sketch to think about. I have fallen pretty hard wearing that un-cert helmet.

It depends how you fall, man. Sometimes it happens so fast that you have literally zero reaction time.

This experiment is completely inaccurate. You never fall on your head and have not horizontal movement like in the experiment. The force you take when you fall is dispersed in both the horizontal and vertical direction. Also, the elasticity of your neck/body absorbs some of the impact, but in the experiment it is metal, which will not absorb any of the force, and the helmet can only travel in the vertical direction.

Yeah. Pretty dumb video considering how they went about the tests.
I do like Mike Clark and Brandon Dosch though.

I don't recall them saying the name of any of the helmets, just that some were certified and others weren't. And the point they were trying to get across is that certified ones are more impact resistant

Look up companies with "certified helmets", if they are public check where their R & D money went. Come back to me when you can think analytically.
