This a good camera?

So, I'm actually thinking about getting a used Nikon Coolpix p100.

I've decided its a pretty good camera, and I"m getting it at a good price. My question is, will a peleng 8mm fisheye fit on it?

It's just a glorified digital camera, no actual lens mount, like, you cant change out lenses. So the two fisheyes you listed would not work, just save up a bit more.
