Haha, you might go trick or treat on scooters... ride around houses which nice spots near them, and if you come to the 'trick' part you might literaly start doing tricks on that guy's backyard/driveway or something... On which day is actually halloween? We don't have this kind of stuff here.

yep, it's true, like cary said. We can pretty much light fireworks and blow up shit in any open area on halloween and pretty much any time we feel like it. Just make sure no cops are around, but they mostly don't care that much, even in the cities.
