well we as in my brother hit that guy see we were trying to turn left into this marina to turn around in this small kinda highway thing and theres lots of traffic going on (DC area) so yea and this suv stops as the traffic stops and honks at us to let us go through so we go and this Vdub with the fat fuck just like ends up flying by which we didnt see him cuz the big suv was in the way and we hit the side of his car.. im not in trouble in any legal way but my brother might be charged with driving underage without a permit and failing to yeild to the other traffic and he may not be able to get his license till hes like 21.. but im in trouble with my parents along with him and i have no more car to use untill i get a job and buy my own.
