threaded with no top nut

yo. any way to keep a threaded compression system compressed without a top nut. adonnis sent me forks that are like MGP high. haha yeahhh. so dont buy from him. anywayyss, is there a way?

You can use threaded without lock nuts, get someone really fat to sit on your bars and then tighten your clamp TIGHT AS. It will eventually loosen and it might always have a wobble.

yeah it clamps. its just headset wobble.

It should be fine depending on how dialled the headset is. I would suggest locktiting the fork threads (use blue locktite) just at the spot that the top headset piece is on. that'll stop that bit from un tightening and you wont need the top nut.

thats what jasa sed to use. he sed locktite the compression ring that sits on the fork so it cant loosen. blue locktite you say? ill pick some up tomorow
