I own SR.
If you live on the West coast (preferrably south west or somewhere along the way to washington) and are interested in going please post here to possibly arrange car pooling or a caravan to the comp. If you do not SERIOUSLY plan on going to this comp and do not live on the West coast of the US this is not your thread so STAY OUT.

Don't post to tell us you WOULD go BUT... (you don't have the time, money, etc.) because that means you aren't going and you don't belong in this thread.

Spots will be limited if you need rides so start figuring things out now.

NOTE: Everyone pays for their own food, entry fee, and any other additional expenses as well as splitting GAS MONEY. If you decide to be stingy you will be left in Washington.

Erik, and I are planning on heading up in another car with along with Andrew. We will see about Chris and Ricky but I highly doubt they will be able to go. Perhaps maybe some of you IE riders might want to hitch along?!?!

Damn this sounds pretty awesome, but how far out of the way are you guys willing to go to pick someone up..? Or are you only picking people up that are on the way to Washington..? Cause i live in San Jose...but dont got a car yet so i wouldnt be able to drive mylself.

we might be able to pick you up.... i used to live in the bay area so i know where you are at.. your right by great america area.. i dont think thats to far out of the way.. we will have to see still... and it all depends on if we still have room by the time the comp comes around...

Sounds good Erik, yea i didnt think it was too much out of the way, But jes keep me posted, cause if it is to far out of the way, then id understand and be cool with it. Also my wrist has been being pretty slutty, so im going back to the Doctors, to maybe get it recasted(guess cutting it off early wasnt so smart) Id want to get it 100% if i was going to be in this comp...even tho im not much of a park rider.. but keep me informed...Thanks.

If Ricky is unable to go, I will be making a road trip video out of the footage we get. Possibly the official Insert Lens Here launch video?!?!

what im gunna do, is talk to the owner of the skatepark, i already have talked about getting sponsored by the park, he said to call him next time i was in the tacoma area. so i might be. but, if you win a comp, you get in for free on weekends, and week days are half off. and this park is nuts, as you already know. now, im gunna get as many people in my area to come out, already got at LEAST 10 willing good riders to show up for sure. cuz its only 45 mins away, lucky for us. haha, but im gunna cordinate somthing with the comp, maybe judging, and orginization. if all goes well, we probly will be seeing a real organized scooter compations in the near future, meaning tv exposer, sponsors, and over all getting the sport bigger.

I doubt I will be able to I don't know about Erik though... AZ is pretty far out of the way especially since it's already gonne be a 20 hour drive...

I think we should have as many riders as we can, but only if they're going to enter the contest and actually ride while we are up there. But I don't think Erik would mind if we don't fill the car up. But of course I'm not exactly the person to ask.

hahaha i told my parents about it, and there like, ummm i dont want like a whole possy of kids from cali coming up and invading our home. hahah

best bet it to get a hotel. but i think 1 night here would be ok with my peps.

Well its totally up to you guys, And itd be cool either way...Heh.. I can pay extra for Gas..?? Haha guess i already would be tho, you guys would be coming like 50 miles jes to come get me..lol.

Damn you Mike, you're missing out on a trip or something. Yeah! Pointing out the obvious rules! As I said Steven, I'm not sure if we will have a full car or not, but I'm sure Erik wouldn't mind picking you up if we have an open seat for you. And I believe Ricky is now officially going also...

Which was the original plan. I think it would be sick if we all just headed home on Monday. Get Sunday as an extra riding day for us to tape and hit up some local parks with KC and the locals. But Andrew wants to head out on Sunday. I don't think your bosses or school would mind you missing one extra day if you told them what is up?
