lucky forks are gayyy this happened to me. i took an old wheel spacer and an old back axle and filed them down enough so that it was perfect, its hard to explain.

one of our team riders, users lucky forks, has pegs but hasnt fitted them yet due to has to drill the other side of the fork out to fit axle i think, ill ask him do it soon so i can see

but yeah i sort dont understand your matter, so with no pegs the forks are fine, using the same axle u would with the peg

it seems not be your pegs problem, i dont see how the peg will rotate when u tigthen your axle, it seems your wheel/bearing/spacer set up aint correct, meaning when u tighten the wheel the pressure goes throught, ive always been abeen able to tighten my axle as hard as want pegs or no pegs it shouldnt matter

just a idea due to the polished surface of tilt pegs, maybe file the part which rest towards fork leg, file or sand it down lightly so its not smooth maybe it will grip better

but yeah im sure its either the wheel set up spacer so on or even the forks they have built in spacers maybe the torrerance aint good so if u fully tigthen the axle the wheel gets to much friction = no rotation
